Position: Youth Engagement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programs targeted at young adults that foster personal development and career readiness.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and youth groups to promote our initiatives.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions focusing on key soft skills, career planning, and professional networking.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to young adults, aiding in their professional and personal growth.
- Assess the needs of young adults in the community and adjust programs accordingly to ensure maximum impact.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to engage young adults, utilizing various social media platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young adults in an educational or professional development setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect and influence others.
- Experience in program development and community outreach is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to changing environments.
- Motivated, driven, and passionate about empowering young adults.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
