Job Summary:

The Private Bank Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including portfolio management, financial advising, and delivering tailored banking solutions. As a cornerstone of our private banking services, you will provide clients with personalized attention and strategic advice that aligns with their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Create comprehensive financial plans that encompass investment strategy, tax considerations, and estate planning.
  • Offer clients a range of private banking services, including lending solutions, investment management, and wealth Advisory.
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with clients’ goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions involving estate and legacy planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review clients’ financial plans and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Represent Medtronic at client and community events to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related financial services role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and banking operations.
  • Proven track record in managing high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus.
